...Or "What gangsters are and what they are not"  1. Gangsters are destructive, rather than being vital, creative, or procreative.
They spend time tearing down other's people's lives, families, and are usually bullies. Just like the name implies, Gangsters are a part of a larger group, or a gang of people who are just like them. Gangsters usually go to all of this trouble for financial gain always at the expense of other people.
2. Gangsters seek out their victims, and choose them carefully.
In this Ohio gang, females, like my son's girlfriend, no matter how ugly, low functioning, or stupid ,get by by being bullies and usually some kind of whore or disrespectful woman. They usually never change into anything buyt an adult version of this, and usually never acquire any education or have any goal except to "be a model", no matter how ugly they are. This is because Gangster men think that this 'sassy attitude' and impudence is "cute". Gangster women, also like this girlfriend, are always trying to get other people involved in things to cause trouble and to 'gang up on a victim'. Many of these women seem to have children when they are still children or very young, and usually are too focused on "running the streets" to even be good parents, This is a subcultural thing, and interesting to observe. I have also heard that many of these women in this group intentionally have children at a vey young age not because they want to be mothers, but to make their breasts larger. Needless to say, these are not women who would ever nurse a baby. As a result, many of the children borne of women like this are unwanted, and become 'candidates at high risk for abuse'. A normal women who lives in the same household with a gangster type woman is always at odds with this person, due to the wide difference in values. Not only do these women have children for all the wrong reasons, they also want to abuse normal women who do not share their "value system" (if that is what it could be called), because person knows that they are sick and doens't want to be reminded of what they "should be" like. Working at an agency where people are supposed to be treated with people who have this "gangster mentality" is truly a lost cause. The thing about this is that if one of them 'gets in the door' and gains any kind of power at all, it is a safe bet that there are others at agency with same attitude, and so a victim is better off quitting than fighting against this "ingrained attitude". In addition to this, because many of these people are involved in various kinds of fraud, they truly don't have they education or credentials they claim to have. I don't think that there is a person alive who hasn't encountered some "stupid person" who supposedly has a degree or other credentials and wondered: "How did this person ever achieve that?" I suspect that in some of these cases, the person never really did 'achieve that' but is playing some kind of a fraud game, and this is just a small part of the actual "real deal". Then, because many of these people are also pathological liars, one cannot believe anything that they say, and so have to 'observe them' to see how they act and behave. Another problem that I have had in working with people like this is that because of their low i.q., it is almost impossible to communicate with them effectively. Instead of communicating on a normal level with a person face to face, they refuse to listen to anything you tell them, similar to a spoiled child, but tend to go to the nearest available man for "back up". Then, the man is supposed to abuse the person who is trying to do the communication. For some reason, many of these gang oriented men are more than willing to do this, because this is another ingrained pattern. I have heard this same complaint from other women, so I know that I am not the only one who hads gone through this kind of thing. Another thing that I have noticed is that this "girlfriend" seems to totally dislike female authority, and for some reason, both she and other 'men' in the household keep trying to put her on the same level as me, instead of recognizing her as a bratty child with few skills of any kind. This is not surprising because my son keeps wanting to put himself on the same level as my "peer" instead of as my son. I don't think this is a development phase because there is little development or achievement going on, just a lot of acting out behaviour like this. I think that this "challenge" was put in my path for a reason, but I'm not sure why. This girl's mother was not abusive that I know of, but was drug dependant. I also was not as trusting of females as I probably should have been because of having an abusive mother, but I have no idea why other people, who did not have this situation, would act this way, unless it is some kind of gang behaviour, personality, or trait. This "find daddy for protection" type of thing is the kind of thing that an 8 or 10 year old child would go through, but not a 19 or 20 year old, developmentally. This is why there appears to be a developmental block there, which "could" be a trauma bound thing.

Bipolarity (aka Manic Depressive Mental Ilness) and Gangs
One of the big problems in the development of these gangs seems to be that many gang leaders are truly mentally ill and would be diagnosed by any competent psychiatrist with a Bipolar or Manic Depressive Mental Illness. In True Bipolarity, a victim has extreme moods swings where they do things requiring behaviour that is usually not thought out ahead like spending large amounts of money that isn't theirs, extreme and bizarre sexual behaviour where they hurt themselves and/or other people, and getting into fights with and bullying other people. These are the same charactistics that gang leaders have. I think what occurs is that crooks find people who have this mental illness, then put them in some position of leadership while doing these things. There are always many people looking not only for a leader, but someone to excuse their own 'acting out' which they know is wrong. I think these people bond together for safety with this "Mentally Ill" gang leader and this is how a gang is born. For some reason, since these people victimize other people they come into contact with, they are "looked up upon" by other crooks and I 'think" that some people who don't have the characteristics of this Bipolarity are treated for this erroneously. Some people have a 'vested interest' in being sick, either mentally or physically, because if diagnosed with a mental or physical illness and given medication for this, they can obtain drugs which they would have to obtain on the street, and not have the label of "drug addict". These Gang Leaders aren't prosecuted because although they are not being treated to control the mental illness of Bipolarity, they are indeed mentally ill and in Ohio, mentally ill people receive special consideration and are not treated the same as people considered to be healthy and not mentally ill, although this is changing. Also, I think the members of these gangs not only use pseudonyms, but also "scatter" if discovered. A good example of a mentally ill man I have encountered in Wooster is a short, plump, Italian looking little man who is a drunk and seems to be mentally ill on the depressed side, and hangs out in a particular bar attached to a motel. This man uses the first name of "Ross" and I "think" this was supposed to be "Ross Perot" and I also "think man has been a problem for other people in the past. Man speaks broken English and has a low functioning relative who he hangs out with, who seems a little less than average in intellectual functioning, based on how he acts and behaves. People like this don't like women, and so instead of being thrown in jail for propositioning women, they want to abuse the woman and call ner a whore and other names but together with some of these other mentally ill people are now crooked community leaders who abuse and trap victims. Then if they are caught, they can say that they are mentally ill, foreigners, or low functioning intellectually. Someone gave people like this power in this area, instead of putting them into psychiatric hospitals. The woman I would pair this "Ross" character" up with is a woman in Columbus who was kind of an oddball character, and used the name of "Jacqueline". I suspect she, too had some sort of mental illness, because she seemed angry all of the time, went to AA. and wore extremely inappropriate clothes that were short, low cut, and had "additives" like sewn on lace, and was kind of an "AA guru" to a group of homosexual men. She had the exact same "broken English" accent as this "Ross" Character and was close to the same age - early 60's. She had no education and kept hopping from one low paying job to the next.
P.S. - This woman "Jacqueline" has a personal hate agenda going against motorcycle people and any place that they congregated (like the Pathseekers Club - which was a sober club with A.A. values in Columbus, where a lot of the people there were bikers, for some reason). I think this is important for other people to be aware of.
Mob Groups and Political Positioning
I just saw an employment ad on the internet for a "Vice President of Governmental Affairs" at Ohio State University, but the joke about this is that this was listed as a temporary job. This is the kind of "political positioning" by crooks that I think is common in this cult. I think what these people do for those that they like is surround them with 'helpful people' in a gang type of formation. For people they don't like or want to impede, they do the opposite and surround them with abusers, if anyone at all. I don't think the people who set this up want people in these positions who have any kind of "cop" orientation whatsoever. I think that this 'Temporary University Position" is temporary because the person goes into that job, makes the contacts they need, and then is 'launched' into another position. The thing about this job listing is that listing says job only requires a bachelor's degree. Most University Presidents and Vice Presidents have to have either a Doctoral degree, or a law degree, or a combination of these to even be considered, and these are NOT temporary jobs, (although they may have been used as temporary jobs in past by some folks).  |
